Return Policy
All sales are final. However, we want you to love your purchase, and if you experience any issues, we’re happy to help.
If you receive a defective item or there’s a shipping error, please reach out to info@tailoredunion.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be considered for review.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for international orders, and international returns must be arranged by the customer.

Final Sale
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
